Integrations overview
Connect calendars, workspace tools, messaging, AI and voice providers, telephony and MCP servers — once, for every flow and automation.
An integration is a stored connection to another service: a calendar, a spreadsheet, a model provider, a phone carrier. Connect it once in your workspace and it becomes available to flows as tools and to automations as steps.
What you can connect
| Category | Services |
|---|---|
| Scheduling | Google Calendar, Cal.com, Calendly |
| Workspace | Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, Slack |
| Messaging | Email over SMTP, SMS via Twilio, WhatsApp |
| AI models | OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI and more |
| Voice | ElevenLabs, PlayHT, Deepgram |
| Telephony | SIP trunks, Twilio and Telnyx numbers |
| Anything else | MCP servers, your own HTTP APIs as custom tools, OAuth 2.0 client-credential APIs |
How a connection is made
Depending on the service, a connection is made by signing in with OAuth, by entering credentials such as an API key, or by referencing an existing connection.
Which applications can use it
Every connection has a scope:
- All applications in the workspace;
- the default application only;
- one selected application.
Scoping matters most for agencies and multi-team workspaces, where a client's calendar should be reachable only from that client's application.
Tip
Bringing your own model or voice keys is optional. Without them, Kilevel's own providers are used and billed through your balance.
