Use a Notion workspace from automations — look up pages and databases, and write results back.

Connect a Notion workspace to use it in automations: look up entries in a database, create pages for new leads or tickets, and update them when a conversation changes something.

Setting it up

  1. Connect Notion in your workspace integrations.
  2. Share the pages and databases the integration should reach with it inside Notion — Notion only exposes what has been shared.
  3. Use the Notion steps in an automation.

Tip

A Notion database with one row per call — outcome, summary, next step — is a quick way to give a non-technical team a view of what the agent is doing.
