Calendars and booking

Let an agent check availability and book appointments in Google Calendar, Cal.com, Calendly or Kilevel's own booking calendar.

Booking is the most common thing a voice agent does. Choose a booking provider for a flow, and the agent gets the tools to check availability and book a slot during the conversation.

Providers

ProviderWhat the agent can do
Kilevel CRMBook into Kilevel's built-in calendar, with public booking pages
Google CalendarCheck free time and create events
Cal.comCheck availability and book through your event types
CalendlyCheck availability and book through your event types

Setting it up

  1. Connect the calendar account in your workspace integrations.
  2. In the flow, choose the booking provider and the connection to use.
  3. The availability and booking tools are added to the flow for you.

Tip

Tell the agent in its instructions how you want slots offered — "offer two options", "prefer mornings" — the booking tools handle the calendar, the instructions handle the conversation.

Time zones and confirmation

Confirm the date and time back to the caller before booking, especially across time zones. A dedicated collect-and-confirm step on the canvas makes that deterministic rather than something the prompt has to remember. See Flows and agents.
