Google Sheets
Read rows, look values up and append results. A common pattern is an automation that writes each finished call's outcome and extracted fields as a new row, giving a team a live log without touching the API.
Gmail
Send email from the connected account — a confirmation after a booking, a summary to the team after an escalation.
Google Drive
Use files from Drive in automations, and as a source for transcription jobs. A Drive folder can be watched, so audio dropped into it is transcribed automatically. Files are read when needed rather than copied.
Note
The connection acts with the permissions of the Google account that authorised it. Use a shared service account for anything more than a personal test.
