Voice providers
Use your own ElevenLabs, PlayHT or Deepgram accounts for voices and speech recognition.
Voices and speech recognition work without any setup. Connect your own account when you want voices from your own library, a cloned voice, or usage on your own contract.

Connecting a provider
Add the provider in your workspace integrations with its API key. Voices from a connected account appear in the voice picker alongside the built-in ones.
Tip
Test a new voice on a real phone line, not only in the browser. Telephone audio is narrower, and a voice that sounds rich on headphones can sound thin on a call.
